Wadi Al Mujib

Nature Reserve

One of Jordan's many natural reserves it is much like the siq in Petra with small rivers running through it and waterfalls. 

Several endangered species of fauna inhabit this nature reserve as do Ibex, Arabian gazelles, leopards, foxes, wild boar, a variety of fish, and birds.

It is closed during the winter season, because of flash floods.
