Qasr Al Tuba

Qasr Al Tuba was designed as a caravanseri along the route linking Syria with Jordan and its first incarnation was during the time of Walid the second (744 AD).

Qasr Al Tuba was built of large square, fired bricks, placed on stone foundations. The very thick walls make this palace one of the outstanding palaces in the region.
